Physical therapy is a non-invasive treatment that can relieve pain and promote healing of injured tendons, ligaments, and other soft tissues. Our sports medicine specialists take time to understand the underlying source of each patient’s injury to recommend the best treatment possible.

Dr. Gabe Nadel

Dr. Gabe is a highly experienced chiropractor specializing in the treatment of neck and back pain. With more than thirteen years of clinical experience managing a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries, he is dedicated to helping patients reduce pain, restore mobility, and improve their overall quality of life. His patient-centered approach focuses on individualized care plans designed to support long-term health and wellness. Dr. Gabe began his chiropractic career in Seattle, Washington, practicing at Premier Chiropractic before continuing his work at Ballard Wellness in Ballard, Washington. In 2012, he relocated to New York City and joined Xcalibur Chiropractic in the Bronx, where he further expanded his expertise in treating diverse patient populations and injury-related conditions.

Having never been to a chiropractor before, I didn’t know what to expect the staff and dr Jeffery Tuzzo was very welcome and explained everything to its entirety to me his from the woman at the front desk when you walk in to the other staff in the back make my experience so calm. They are all friendly and welcoming even after I’m finished with therapy and I need a few stretches and relief every now and again I will be returning. The BEST around. I have gone to plenty of chiros for my spina bifida occulta and severe hip pain. Dr. Berger is the only chiro who cares and puts in the time and effort to fix my problems. He is knowledgeable, nice, and very personable. The techniques he uses I have never seen or had done to me at any other doctor. And that is exactly what I have been looking for/need in a doctor! I have been seeing results and less pain because of Doctor Berger. He doesn't just crack my back and send me home. He really works to get to the root of the problem and does everything he can do heal the pain I have. He's the best! And the front desk ladies are so nice and friendly. It is always a pleasure going there.
